Buffet Catering with Server

Starting at $700 + service fee (Minimum may increase if your event is more than 10 miles away)

We set up hot dishes on buffet tables and serve your guests in line. Menu layout follows a natural flow - sauces and appetizers first, followed by salads, raita, rice, dal, naan, and main curries. Water and dessert are placed on separate tables.

No cutlery or buffet tables are included - customers must arrange those.

Staffing & Setup:

Food Refilling Service: $200 per server (up to 3 hours)
Number of servers depends on your guest count & menu
Delivery Fee: $50 (within 10 miles), +$5 per extra mile

We offer safe, contact-free delivery for all Catering & Events orders.
Gratuities are optional and can be added when placing your order - no need to handle cash or pens.
You'll receive a receipt by email before delivery, including any tip.
Just give us a drop-off spot and contact number when you order.
When we arrive, we’ll call or text. Someone must answer - we won’t leave food without confirmation.

Delivery Options: Minimum Order: $100 + $20 Delivery Fee

We offer two types of delivery:

Door Delivery

Available within 10 miles (extra $3 per mile beyond that)
Our driver will call you when they arrive so you can collect the food from the van

Delivery with Setup

Includes delivery fee + setup charges
Setup fee depends on your location and order size

Important: If your event is in a park, on an upper floor (like 3rd floor apartment or suite), clubhouse, or far from parking, extra charges may apply - since we may need more staff for timely setup. Please share your location details in advance.

We'll bring all the food you need and set it up in chafing dishes or aluminum trays.

You can pick up your order safely at your local Tawa Catering location. Call us at (203-580-6922) or email info@thetawa.com to ask questions or place your order. We pack all food in aluminum trays to keep it hot and fresh.
